TENCEL™ fibers, which are made from the renewable raw material wood, absorb moisture better than cotton. When the moisture is released, a slightly cooling and climate-regulating effect is created. In combination with G-LOFT®, this creates a fluffy and soft sleeping experience.

Special feature: The pillow within the pillow. The outer cover can be removed and washed at 60°C with every change of bed linen. The equally washable inner cushion is filled with climate fiber balls. By removing or adding these fiber balls, the height of the pillow can be adjusted at any time. The inner cushion is usually not washed as frequently as the outer cover.

Shipping EU

• To other EU countries such as France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic, shipping costs €9.50 .

Shipping Switzerland

• For deliveries to Switzerland , please note that we will charge you the Austrian VAT and transport/customs clearance costs of €48.50 .
• However, this amount includes both the Swiss VAT of 8% and customs fees that are due upon import into Switzerland. There are no additional costs for Swiss customers when purchasing in our online shop, which means that Goldeck Austria covers taxes and customs duties.

Returns

After receiving your order, you have 14 days in accordance with distance selling to inspect the purchased item and return it if necessary .

• The return must be carried out at your own expense . Goldeck Austria does not cover any costs for this.
• Please note the return in accordance with the hygiene regulations: The return must be in the original and unused condition (no trial sleeping).

Bedding is a hygiene item and is subject to the hygiene regulations. For this reason , no used/used bedding can be returned .

When it comes to pillows and duvets, it goes without saying that you have to try them out to determine the degree of warmth, height, etc.

However, please make sure that you only try them out in the same way you would in a store , which means, for example, with duvets that you can only place them over your arms for a while.
