Returns
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to inspect the purchased item and return it if necessary.
The return shipment must be made at your own expense. Goldeck Austria will not assume any costs for this.
Please note the return according to the hygiene regulations: The return must be in the original and unused condition (no test sleep)
Bedding is a hygiene product and is subject to hygiene regulations. For this reason, no used bedding can be returned.
It goes without saying that pillows and comforters must be tried out in order to determine the degree of warmth, height, etc.
However, please make sure that you only try them out in the same way as you would in a store, i.e. in the case of comforters, for example, you may only place them over your arms for a short time.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and checked the return, we will refund the amount.
Credit card: Refund to your credit card account. You will see the chargeback on your next credit card statement.
PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account.
Complaints
If an item is damaged or defective, you can make a complaint to us. Depending on the type of complaint, we will decide how to process it individually. If the product is badly damaged, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
