Shipping costs

With our shipping partner GLS we deliver your order free of shipping costs to Austria and Germany.

In EU countries France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic shipping costs are 9,50,-€.

For deliveries to Switzerland, please note that we will charge you the amount calculated with Austrian VAT and transport/customs clearance costs of €48.50 will be added. However, this amount includes the Swiss VAT of 8% as well as customs duties which are due on import into Switzerland. For Swiss customers there are no additional costs when buying in our online store, i.e. tax and customs duties are paid by Goldeck Austria.

We do not currently deliver to countries other than those listed.

 

Returns

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to inspect the purchased item and return it if necessary.

The return shipment must be made at your own expense. Goldeck Austria will not assume any costs for this.

Please note the return according to the hygiene regulations: The return must be in the original and unused condition (no test sleep) Bedding is a hygiene product and is subject to hygiene regulations. For this reason, no used bedding can be returned. It goes without saying that pillows and comforters must be tried out in order to determine the degree of warmth, height, etc.

However, please make sure that you only try them out in the same way as you would in a store, i.e. in the case of comforters, for example, you may only place them over your arms for a short time.
